International Customers
The Website is operated from the United States. We do not guarantee that the Website or Products are suitable or lawful for use outside the United States. If you access the Website from another country, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws, including import and plant-material regulations. Please confirm that the seed varieties you order are permitted in your region.

Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement. VEDA KART LLC may assign its rights without notice to you.
