Cancellation Policy

At Edenvalleyseeds, we process and pack orders promptly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided processing, packing or shipping has not already begun.

Submitting a request within 24 hours does not guarantee cancellation. Approval depends on the status of your order when we receive your request.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Email support@edenvalleyseeds.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name.
  • The email address used at checkout.

We will check your order status and email you to confirm whether cancellation is possible.

3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled order to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days after approval to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund has not appeared after this period, contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us if you need further assistance.

4. Orders Already Processing or Shipped

Once processing, packing or shipping has begun, we cannot cancel your order.

After delivery, you may request a return within 14 days, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from its description, contact support@edenvalleyseeds.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the packaging and items received, where applicable.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Additional Information

  • No subscriptions: Every order is a standalone purchase. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
  • Delivery regions: This cancellation policy applies to orders shipped to India, the United States and the United Kingdom.
